In agriculture and forestry, robotics has made a substantial impact. Very basic and significant operation is seed sowing. But the present methods of seed sowing are problematic. The equipment used for seed sowing are very difficult and inconvenient to handle. Through this paper, an attempt is made to design and fabrication of Seed Sowing Robot. Seed sowing mechanism operated by rotor with four blades, rotor is driven with the help of motor. The Empty spots in forest area is filled with seeds. As soon as the program dumped into controller. This process will help increase plants in forest and reduce energy consumption. The solar powered robot is equipped with barrier detection technology and it has the ability to automatically perform roundabout operations at the end of each cultivating row. The Seed Sowing Robot is Operated by using IOT.

Existing System
In the existing model there is a similarity in previous seed sowing machine are developed so far and there is no smart work done by it except seed sowing . It need some man power to pull the machine (forward, left, right or back) and after seed sowing covering the soil by man power. Else one man can stand on their to operate the machine.
Proposed System
In the proposed model, there is no need of man power and operate the robot the man where ever it. At present irrigation robot are developed and implemented. Ultrasonic sensor is used to find out the empty space in forest. IOT concept is used. Hardware and software systems are developed. Monitored and control the field automatically. Assembly language is used to store data. LCD can display the status of the system.
